30 Day "No Worries" Policy

We hope you will love your items received from us.

All our products are made to order especially for you. Because of this we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or have ordered the wrong size. 

If there are any problems please get in touch as soon as you can (and within 30 days) and we will do our best to find a solution. Sending us clear photos highlighting the problem will make it quicker for us to resolve for you.

Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive
2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on
consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

Because all of our items are made to order for you, we are unable to accept returns.
